Looking for CBT Therapy?

Therapy Services We Offer

Our CBT therapists offer individual therapy sessions for clients ages 17 and older, in Orlando and online. We offer FREE 15 minute consultations to ensure one of our therapists is a good fit before scheduling your appointment. If we don’t have a therapist who fits your needs, we will gladly offer you a referral for another provider who may be better suited to help.
